PONY CLUB MISSION

The United States Pony Clubs, Inc., develops character, leadership, confidence and a sense of community 

in youth through a program that teaches the care of horses and ponies, riding and mounted sports.

Fairfield County Hounds Pony Club is a member of the United States Pony Club's Metropolitan Region.  FCHPC was the first Pony Club founded in the United States. Pony Club has three basic goals: the instruction of riding, the instruction of various mounted sports, and the teaching of horse care to thousands of youngsters across America.  Pony Club is unique among riding organizations because its educational programs place equal emphasis on the teaching of skills, horse care fundamentals and team participation with sportsmanship.

Our Pony Club meets most weekend (depending on member availability) mornings at Serendipity Stables.

• Beach Ride at Penfield Beach (Fairfield, CT)

• Trail riding at Paine Open Space (Easton, CT)

• D1/D2/D3 Rating (Easton, CT)
